- Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug whereby the Accepted At and Received At fields could not be edited on the Notice of Readiness document
June 25th 2018
- Added a new COFR expiry date field against a vessel record which will also populate the CBP 1300 document for US tenants
- Updated the BL Congenbill 2007 document so that it pulls in the Master's name from the appointment details
- Added fields for the Master's Name and Sailing Date on the Summary Cargo Manifest and Packing List documents
- Updated all Cargo Manifest documents to use the SAILED event date instead of the Issue Date for the departure conditions
- We also created a new option on the Statement of Facts document to hide the Stop Date / Time columns
- Finally, we've added an extra heading option to the Stowage Plan document of "Pre-Stowage Plan"
June 20th 2018
- Added an area to record the Hold Capacity for Bulk Carrier vessels - this can be found under the Hatch Openings section when creating or editing a vessel and it is planned to tie this up with the Stowage Plan document in the near future
- Implemented functionality which will now display a line break on a Statement of Facts document if it has been added in the Event Notation field
- One of the most requested functions within A3 was the ability to populate new documents using the data from any existing BL Congenbill 2007s - we're very pleased to advise that this has now been implemented with this release!
- There's a new feature for adding a blank condition line to a Statement of Facts document

- Added a new "PROVISIONAL" stamp option to the Cargo Manifest documents
- Altered the Tanker B/L Document to make the US License Clause optional and also provided the option to include a Demise Clause

- Added the AMSA 268 Shipper's Declaration document for Australian tenants

- Added the AUSGRAIN Bill document for Australian tenants
- Updated the Mate's Receipt document to allow users to add standard industry notations based on the Bill of Lading that they are issuing
- Bug Fixes:
- We finally got to the bottom of a bug whereby completed appointments were still showing on the "Departed" dashboard for DA Ledger tenants

- Bug Fixes:
- An adjustment was made to the DA Summary dashboard to correctly show the PDA Funded / DA Completed indicators for DA Ledger tenants
- Fixed a bug where supplier invoices that had been reversed were still being calculated in the total amount field on the DA Cover Letter

- Added some restrictions around the Nomination Principal field to only show Customers (for DA Ledger tenants) or Vessel/Cargo Controllers for all other tenants.
- Bug fixes:
- Resolved an issue where Terminal dropdowns would not populate when a port name was typed in uppercase during appointment creation
- Pushed an update to the Financial Exposure report to pull in the correct Requested amount for DA Ledger tenants
