Help you and the team keep on the same page and get things done. To-Do's can be used for recording individual tasks or built into Templates of multiple To-Do's for Customer or Business needs.
Adding a To-Do is simple task, just click add and follow the on screen field prompts including the Description and if wanted to whom you want to assign the To-Do to.
To-Do's can be given different times that they are Due:
- Due Relative to Schedule
- Choose how many Days or Hours, Before or After the ETA, ETB or ETD and a3 will automatically track Due date according to the Schedule.
- Due at Date/Time
- Choose a specific Due Date and Time
- No Due Time
- Creates an open To-Do
As To-Do's become due the traffic light systemwill update:
Blue: Total number of To-Do's outstanding.
Orange: Imminent To-Do's due in the next 24Hrs.
Red: Overdue To-Do's.
As you complete To-Do's the figures will update accordingly.
To-Do's can be repetitive tasks that apply to all Appointments, i.e. Order Pilotage or a certain Principal may require a report sending Post Sailing, where that is the case Templates become a powerful tool.
You can Save Templates from existing To-Do's that can be Loaded for reuse on future appointments following the below steps.
To-Do's may also be Printed, Filtered and Order using the onscreen options.
