You can use the Schedule tab of an appointment to record the estimated dates and times that relate to a port call.
To access the Schedule, go to an appointment and click the Schedule tab:
To add a new schedule item, click the + Add Schedule Item button in the relevant section. You can add schedule items for the whole appointment, or against an individual nomination.
Most of the data is pre-filled based on the section that you are adding the Schedule item to, so you simply need to select the type of time you are adding (ETA/B/D) then add the relevant date and time. You can tweak any of the other fields or add any comments before saving the Schedule item. Comments will be displayed next to the Schedule item in the list, as well as on the dashboard.
To edit or remove a Schedule item, simply click the Pencil or Trash Can icon next to it:

There is also a quick add/edit option for Schedule items via the Dashboard - to use this, head to the Dashboard and find a nomination. When there aren't any schedule items for this nomination, you will see a prompt to "Click to enter"
Clicking this will display a window where you can add a Schedule item in the same form as you would from the main Schedule tab on an appointment. Once you have entered a schedule item, the view on the dashboard will update to show the information you entered. If you need to change this again, you can click on the date/time of any Schedule item for a quick-edit form to amend the date, time or comments:
