You can move your Completed appointments to your a3 Archives once you have finished working on them. Appointments stay in the Archives indefinitely, and there are no limits on the number of appointments that can be archived.
Archiving an Appointment
- Ensure that all Disbursements have been marked as complete - you can do this by clicking the DA Complete button at the top of each Disbursement on the appointment (you may need to check with your finance teams to be sure that you are safe to do this).
- Click on the Appointment Status dropdown and select COMPLETE:
Note: Once archived, certain details on an appointment can no longer be changed or removed. Should you wish to make changes to an archived appointment, simply re-select a different status to unlock the appointment for editing.
Accessing Archived Appointments
You can access archived appointments at any time by clicking the Archives button in the menu bar:
Use the filters at the top of the page to find the appointment(s) you are searching for and click on the appointment reference to be taken to that appointment.
