We understand that your principals require accurate reporting of information (Bunker figures, Fresh Water, Lub Oils Etc.) when arriving at a port, leaving a port, and anything in between, and a3 provides you with all of the tools and functionalities to make this a reality.
Where can I add Conditions?
Once you have created your desired appointment, you are able to add the above-mentioned Vessel Conditions to the appointment, or to a specific nomination. You can do this by clicking on the Conditions tab, which you can see circled below:

Within the Conditions tab, you will be able to select a number of options depending on how you wish the data to be displayed. You can either choose to show All Conditions, conditions of the Appointment only, or for a more granular look at things, you can select to show conditions from a particular Nomination within an appointment, as seen below:
Adding a Condition
Adding a condition is a very simple process. Simply click on where you would like to add a condition, then click on the +Add Condition Button which is located on the right hand side of your screen:
Clicking this button will expand the webpage and give you a number of criteria to complete, as seen below. Note that you are also able to specify what state this is for by using the Conditions At dropdown box (Arrival/Berthing/Departure Etc.). You can also choose whether you want this information to display within the complete SOF.
You can fill out as much information as you or your principals require.
If you are a SEDNA user, you can pull the condition information directly into a message using the "Insert Data" popup and selecting the appropriate condition from the list.
