Managing your day-to-day tasks across multitudes of appointments and nominations can be somewhat overwhelming at times. We understand that there are many things to get done, and in a particular order of importance when it comes to providing accurate and professional agency services. This is where the To-Dos tool really shines.
The To-Dos tool is a "traffic light" system which is used to set tasks and keep track of them simultaneously, saving agents time and allowing them to accurately assign tasks and follow the progress of these tasks throughout the duration of an appointment/nomination.

The To-Dos tool works by colour coding different tasks. As you can see below, blue tasks are the ones which are incomplete, yellow are the upcoming tasks and red are the tasks that require urgent attention. As the due date for your To-Do approaches, its priority will change accordingly, allowing users to accurately track pending and important tasks.
Adding a To-Do
Adding a To-do is a very simple process which can be seen below. Note that you can set your newly created To-Do to be assigned to the entire appointment or to a specific nomination within that appointment. This tool also allows a person, perhaps a particular agent, to be assigned to a specific task. There is also the option that allows for flexible assignation of when the task is due, whether that is relative to the schedule, at a specific time, or no due time:
Save as Template / Load from Template
When it comes to your regular callers, we understand that the lists of To-Dos will be very similar, if not very much the same for each appointment/nomination. We have catered for just such a need with the function of being able to save a particular To-Do list as a template. As you will see below, it is a very simple task to create a Template and save it for future use cases. You can choose which tasks you want to add to the template and then simply name your template and click save when you are happy with your selection:
You can then import this template into different/newly created appointments that you feel will match the templated To-Do list allowing for a more fluid and streamlined user experience.
Another key feature of the To-Dos is that it gives you the option to Print a list of events related to the specific appointment/nomination. As a use case example, this can come in very handy when a boarding agent has a heavy workload and needs a point of reference on hand to keep track of key tasks that they are required to undertake.
Filtering your To-Dos
There are a number of ways a user can choose to arrange their To-Dos. They can either choose to see All To-Dos relating to a particular appointment, arrange them by nomination (particularly useful in the case where multiple nominations exist under one appointment) or arrange by complete/incomplete.
