One of the many benefits of a3 is the ability to have data that is already in the system populate elsewhere, removing the need to double or sometimes even triple key in certain data.
We understand that certain appointments will have very similar, if not sometimes the same data for your regular callers. The Clone feature comes in really handy here.
Users can clone an appointment by clicking Edit on the main Appointment Summary page, as shown in the below screenshot:
The next step is to click on Clone into New Appointment that will be located towards the upper left portion of the Edit Appointment screen. This will bring you to the Create Appointment screen, where key details from the prior appointment will be pre-populated, simply check the details are as required, and click Save - It's that simple!
