Our Support options have been upgraded!
Users will now be given more flexibility and guidance when it comes to Support for a3. When a user is seeking guidance/support and opens up the help widget, they will be shown a list of appropriate help articles that could potentially solve their issue. They will also be able to search our ever-expanding Help Center that includes many relevant and helpful articles.
Don’t worry though! Users will still be able to contact the a3 support team directly by using the usual support channels and clicking Contact us.
We're constantly exploring new ways to improve the user experience for a3 customers and we are sure that this will be a welcome update for many users.
