Here at a3 we understand that there could be multiple agreements in place with various principals when it comes to agency fees. Being able to save and have these populate automatically on a PDA can save you a lot of time, and allows you to keep tabs on current rates per principal. Below I will show you how to setup and make the most use of this feature.
To start off, head over to the Companies section and select the Principal from the list of companies to which you wish to apply a set agency fee. Then click on the Agency Fees Tab and click + Add Agency Fee as seen in the below clip :
As seen in the above picture, you will then be given the option to enter the details around the Agency fee that you are adding. You will note that there are a number of fields which give the agency fee you are working on some depth and flexibility in that you can assign it to show for a particular Nomination Type or Port, have an effective date range, pull through a specific service description etc.
The Agency fee you save here will be automatically pulled through to your DA's in PCW or Estimator based on the criteria that you have selected, allowing for increased workflow efficiency.
